Redskins surprise Cowboys, 13-7
The Washington Redskins surprised the Dallas Cowboys, 13-7, in one of the NFL’s biggest rivalries.
The Redskins used a strong effort from their defense to hold down an explosive Dallas offensive attack.
They were about to go into the locker room leading 3-0 when a fumble changed the complexion of the game.
The Redskins stripped Tashard Choice of the ball and then raced into the end zone as time expired in the first half.
Washington’s offense was shaky most of the night, and the unit will need to produce more than two field goals if they want to be a playoff team.
